There are a number of different power options available for your electronic scoreboard, depending on whether it is portable, or where it will be installed and the access to power.

Battery

Commonly used for scoreboards mounted on trolleys, battery packs are perfect when mains power is not available. With a long life battery housed in a rain proof enclosure, a battery offers many hours of scoreboard operation before charging is required. It has purpose built connections, a power level meter and audio low battery warning.

Hardwire

For fixed scoreboards that don’t have proximity to a power source that can be accessed via a lead and plug, the scoreboard can be hard wired to a junction box, and connected to mains power. AusSport Elite Outdoor scoreboards are a good example of a scoreboard that typically uses hardwire power, as it is often installed on a field, without close proximity to a standard power outlet.

Lead and Plug

Fixed scoreboards can also be set up so they can be connected to a standard power outlet through a simple lead and plug.
